The Car Dealer Network Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Dealer Tools Plugin for your personal or commercial purposes. However, users must acknowledge that the Plugin relies on data from multiple APIs beyond our control, and The Car Dealer Network Limited accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies. Users should not consider the data provided by the Plugin as 100% accurate and exercise caution when purchasing vehicles based on our data.

Restrictions:
a. No Reverse Engineering: Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Plugin.

b. No Unauthorized Use: Users are not allowed to use the Plugin for any unauthorized purposes outside the agreed scope.

Support:
The Car Dealer Network Limited provides support for the Plugin. Users can contact support by emailing Admin@thecardealernetwork.com with any queries.

Termination:
The usage of the Plugin is terminated after the paid term plan chosen by the user expires. The Car Dealer Network Limited reserves the right to terminate access in case of any violation of these Terms.

Updates:
The Car Dealer Network Limited may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of such updates, and continued use of the Plugin constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Ownership:
All rights and ownership of the Dealer Tools Plugin belong to The Car Dealer Network Limited.

Pricing and Payments:
a. The Car Dealer Network Limited reserves the right to change pricing for the Plugin at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in advance.

b. Payments for the Plugin are securely processed through a third-party payment provider, Stripe.
